Dr. Li Shaotang, our chief scientist, was selected for the 2023 National Enlightenment Plan Innovation Talent Project

This afternoon, we received a notification from relevant government departments that our chief scientist, Dr. Shao Tarng Lee, has been selected for the 2023 National Enlightenment Plan Innovation Talent Project (National High-Level Talent Introduction Plan) by the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology, with a subsidy of 1 million yuan. Dr. Li became the first technical expert to receive the national-level "Innovation & Entrepreneurship Talent" title since the company's establishment.

Dr. Li obtained his doctoral degree from the Stevens Institute of Technology in the United States. After graduation, he has been focusing on the research of extrusion foaming. He has many years of work experience in the development of foam products and processes. He has published more than 100 papers, including 30 patents (mainly American patents on foaming), and has created and edited 8 books related to polymer foaming.
