On the afternoon of January 31, 2023, Suzhou Shensai New Materials Co., Ltd. held a simple and grand 2023 Outstanding Employees Commendation Conference at the midsole factory that had just been put into operation.

The company commended the outstanding individuals and teams that emerged in 2023 and awarded the "Outstanding Employee Award, Outstanding Team Leader Award, Outstanding Supervisor Award, Outstanding Team Award, Best Newcomer Award, Best Project Award, Service Satisfaction Award, Production Capacity Contribution Award, Sales Development Award, Patent Application Award, Quality Contribution Award, Technology Award, Product Engineer Award" and other awards, and cash rewards were given. A total of more than 50 outstanding individuals and 3 outstanding teams from various departments of the company were commended.

Dr. Jiang Xiulei, the company's founder and general manager, gave a sharing to all employees after the awards.
